In June 2016 I went on a 9 day holiday to Luxembourg (the country, not the city). I did a beautiful hike from Echternach to Berdorf and back; visited a very moving photo exhibition called Family of Man (MoMA 1955) in Clervaux castle, visited Trier and Vianden castle, and spent time relaxing and having beers.
On the way back home I spent a few hours at a former coal mine & cokes factory in Essen, Germany.
